परामर्शदाताले पेश गरेको प्रस्तावित मासिक  ढल निकास महशूल दर (Sewerage Tariff Structure) उपर नगर विकास कोषबाट गरिएको वित्तीय मुल्याङ्कनको सूझाव एवं यस नगर क्षेत्रभित्रका परियोजनाबाट लाभान्वित उपभोक्ताहरुसंग भएको छलफल तथा नगर स्तरीय राजस्व परामर्श समितिको सिफारिसका आधारमा आ.व.२०७५/७६ मा पारित दरलाई आ.व.२०७६/७७ मा निरन्तरता दिइनेछ । 

Sewer Rates -4 Inches Size.                            Monthly Rate

• Total floor Area upto 1000 Sq ft                                                                            Rs.100.00
• Total floor Area 1001 to 1500 Sq ft                                                                       Rs.150.00
• Total floor Area 1501 to 2500 Sq ft                                                                       Rs.2 50.00
• Total floor Area 2501 to 4000 Sq ft                                                                       Rs.500.00
• Total floor Area mre then 4000 Sq ft                                                                    Rs. 700.00
• Sewer  connection charge (per connection)                                                        Rs.3000.00              

Sewer Rates -6 Inches Size. 

• Total floor Area upto 2500 Sq ft                                                                           Rs.400.00
• Total floor Area 2501 to 4000 Sq ft                                                                       Rs.700.00
• Total floor Area more then 4000 Sq ft                                                                Rs.800.00
• Sewer  connection charge (per connection)                                                       Rs.5000.00
• Note: Any customer  applying for a sewer connection shall also connect the storm drain connection to strome drain at no addition cost.
